Golf Tip Of The Week:

The Grip - When you are gripping the club make sure that the fingers in your left hand and the palm of your right hand are gripping the club. You should also use a strong grip with 2 or 3 knuckles visible. As always your palms should be facing each other.
Swing Plane - You must keep the clubhead on the same path. The more you can turn the more power you will generate. Ideally your back should be facing the target.
Weight Transfer - Both knees have the same flex at address and your weight is evenly balanced. The left knee starts the chain reaction for the backswing and the downswing. Your left knee should move to the right in the backswing and towards the target in the downswing. At finish, 95% of your weight should be on the left and your right heel needs to be in the air.
The Release - The realease is your last chance to get those extra yards in the downswing. At the begining of the downswing straighten your right arm and turn it over your left arm at impact. This will generate the extra clubhead speed.
Round Backswing - In order to build up the torque needed to hit the ball further you must remember that the backswing goes around not up and down. When you reach the top of the backswing your back should be facing the target. Your right knee should keep the same flex and position and 70% of your weight needs to be on the right side.
Round Downswing - At the begining of the downswing your left knee starts to move back to its original position and towards the target. This starts a chain reaction and moves your hip slightly forward and away. While this is happening you right knee is moving towards the target and it will bring the golf club, arms, and your right shoulder down the same path.
Left Arm Long - Keeping your left arm long (not stiff) creates more distance for the clubhead to travel. When you combine width with clubhead speed you'll be amazed at the extra distance it creates.

Using a Golf Ball Review: What To Look For

If you stumble upon golf ball reviews and consider immediately changing your typical ball to the one that is reviewed, you may want to consider a few things before making any changes. First, look at the source for the distance golf ball review. Is it from a trusted source such as a well known golf magazine, expert player or reputable golf balls reviews site? These carry more weight than some unknown entity should. Next, check any links that are used to take you to a place to purchase the particular ball that is being reviewed. Does it look like a straight link or is it an affiliate link used to help the site owner generate income?
If it is an affiliate link this does not immediately mean it is bad. But it should caution you to do further research into the type of ball being recommended. Golf ball review sites will generally give information on the top five to ten balls being analyzed. Distance is a main contributing factor in what makes a review favorable or not. However, keep in mind also that just because a ball goes an extreme distance with Tiger Woods means that you will get the same results.
Review sites for golf balls are extremely useful starting points when you want to consider various types of balls to enhance your game. However, you should make sure you are using a reputable site. In addition, you need to be sure to test out the equipment for yourself before committing to it because you need to be sure it will work for you the same way it worked for the reviewer.

Where to Find Golf Ball Reviews

A few precious extra yards off the tee may mean the difference between winning a game and losing. It may mean the difference between beating your personal best and stagnating. Practice makes perfect so the adage goes and there is no doubt that drills and practices of your golf swing will make a difference. But another thing that will make a difference is to ensure that you are using the proper equipment that is best suited for your particular playing style. One way to do this is to ensure you have a good, long distance golf ball. To determine which ones may be best, check with various golf ball reviews. Golf balls review can be extremely helpful.
But, where should start looking for reviews on golf balls? The first and most convenient place to start should be the Internet. You will get an abundance of sites geared toward golf that include news stories, advertisements and reviews of golf balls. However, make sure you only use the sites that are reputable and based on solid information not just personal sites designed to make money. The next place you can look is at well known golfing periodicals. These magazines make it their business to try out and recommend the newest and best equipment so you don’t have to. Finally, check with other players for their recommendations.
Golf ball reviews are rather personal because each one will react differently to each player. But a golf ball finder review can allow a good start on recommendations by checking reviews from various sources. Once you do that, the next step is trying them out yourself. A golf ball review is helpful but just the starting point.

Use a Golf Ball Review Wisely

When you are considering changing your golf equipment in favor of the latest highly touted equipment, you need to do so carefully and a golf ball finder review will help. The equipment that is used in golf is essential to ensuring your game is at its best. Of course, you need to be physically proficient as well but the clubs and balls you use are also important aspects of the game and can go a long way toward helping or hindering if only slightly. So, many people choose to use independent reviews of equipment to determine which ones to use. However, when considering a golf ball review, you need to do so wisely before changing anything.
Keep in mind that while most golf balls review sites will have accurate information, there are some that are only affiliate sites and designed to sell you just those golf balls that make them the most money without regard to exacting golf balls reviews standards. But, even if the site is completely legitimate each golf ball will perform differently for different people so you need to choose based on a golf ball review carefully.
For example, someone who has a tight, fast swing off the tee will need a different ball then someone who has a slow to moderate speed swing. Each ball will react differently to different players and while the top five or top ten gold ball reviews may all be great choices, the specific one that will be best for you will depend on your own personal style. Therefore, it is important to choose wisely and do your own research as well as starting from the review of the balls.

Changing Brands due to Golf Ball Reviews

A long distance golf ball may be just the thing to give you the slightly extra edge you will need to improve your game and start winning more consistently. If you need a little extra distance off the tee you may want to consider experimenting with different balls to determine if one will work better for you than another. But, if you are unsure where to start you may want to consult with a ball review site first. A distance golf ball review site is a great way to get some insight into the balls that are most favorably reviewed for increased distance. You can try different brands that are recommended and see which ones work best for your particular style.
Titleist is a leader in the golf industry and the various balls from this company consistently get good reviews. The DT SoLo, NXT, NXT Tour and ProV1x are all Titleist brands that are highly rated and touted as enhancing the game. Nike One Platinum is another top rated ball as is the Precept Laddie Extreme. However, for each of these balls, there are various styles that are better suited. Some are designed more for those with a slower club head speed while others are more suited to a moderate or fast speed. The Top Flite XL is often used as a good all around ball according to golf ball review sites.
When considering changing your brand of ball to enhance the distance off the tee, golf balls review sites can be highly beneficial. You can check them to get an idea of what others are saying but make sure you get some personal experience with them as well.

Using Golf Ball Ratings to Improve your Game

Every avid golfer wants to improve their game substantially.  Many players try to get an edge on the competition by ensuring they have a golf set that is highly rated and will assist with improving distance and accuracy.  People look for golf driver ratings as well as golf ball ratings to see if there is a difference when using improved equipment.  However, researching a golf ball review is only part of the equation.  There needs to also be a concentration on physical improvement and skill as well.
If you look through the possibilities of golf balls that are highly rated these days such as Srixon Soft Feel, Taylormade Burner, Titleist Pro, Bridgestone and Callaway Tour you will have a great basis for working on your game.  However, golf ball ratings will not help if you do not test them out for your particular playing style.  Each golf ball, while well constructed, is designed for a particular playing style and it may not suit yours.  So, test out several in the golf set so you can see which ones will improve and which ones may not.
In addition to testing each ball you can not rely on equipment as a crutch.  A truly good golfer will work well with any equipment based purely on the golfing skills of the player.  A golf ball review is a great start but you really need to concentrate on your physical game.  Once you have improved regardless of the equipment you use then you can use the best golf balls to give you an even added edge when competing.
